Main Purpose 主要目标
To manage the
development of the E-Commerce strategy in relations to Le Cordon Bleu’s (LCB) consumer
product line(s), in China as well as supporting initiatives in other
international markets.

Main Duties 主要职责
Develop and
manage LCB’s E-Commerce strategy, delivering robust digital business plans that
will drive product sales, traffic, consumer engagement, conversion
and retention.

Develop and manage a strategy for
LCB’s own branded online stores.
制定和管理蓝带国际学院自有品牌产品的线上商店(城)的战略。
Develop and implement a affiliates strategy,
enabling the diversification and development of the distribution of Le Cordon
Bleu’s product line(s) through third-party online retailers.
制定并实施合作伙伴战略,实现蓝带国际学院相关产品线分销渠道的多样化发展(通过第三方在线零售商)。
Ensure the
ongoing delivery of content and assets requirements for LCB’s online e-Commerce
Stores (proprietary and on third party platforms) in coordination with in-house
logistics, procurement and inventory management.

Gaining local consumer insight through
in-depth consumer data analysis and interpretation, resulting in product segmentation
and targeted communications to drive consumer engagement and long-term brand
loyalty.

Contribute to the 3 year and annual
brand planning process, developing and implementing e-commerce and
e-communications strategy.

Set performance benchmarks for all e-Commerce
activity and analyse and report results on a weekly and monthly basis which
will feed into strategy, planning,
and decision making.

Plan, manage,
and analyse digital marketing spend for LCB’s e-Commerce efforts, investing in
high impact digital activities with proven ROI (PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing).

Work closely
with the brand managers/team to ensure clarity and consistency of all brand
communications within LCB’s website.

Research new E-commerce
functionalities, platforms and other related digital trends and suggest
relevant corporate strategies where appropriate.

To identify
and develop the skills for the Ecommerce field within the organisation, both
locally and globally, ensuring that business objectives are achieved enabling
each colleagues and stakeholders to realise their full potential.

To build
positive working relationships with direct reports, by providing strong
leadership and clear direction. Empowering direct reports through supportive

and deciding the way in which they do their jobs.
