Key Responsibilities:

  1. 全渠道货架电商运营
  • 负责天猫旗舰店、京东旗舰店及微信小程序商城的日常运营管理,包括商品上架、页面优化、活动提报、库存协调及订单履约跟进。
  • 制定并执行月度/季度运营计划,结合商品特性与平台流量规则(如搜索排名、推荐机制)提升店铺曝光与转化。
  • 制定投放策略并推动落地。分析商品与流量数据,制定商品颗粒度的推广投放策略,推动投放团队落地,完成ROI最大化。
  • 主导大促活动(如618、双11、品牌日)的策划与落地,协调设计、客服、物流团队确保活动效果。

2.商品管理与数据分析

  • 基于销售数据、用户行为及市场趋势,优化商品结构(如爆款打造、滞销品清仓),提出SKU汰换建议。
  • 监控并分析渠道ROI、GMV、客单价、转化率等核心指标,输出数据报告并推动策略迭代。
  • 利用天猫生意参谋、京东商智、微信小程序后台等工具,做好人群运营,挖掘用户画像与购买路径,制定精准运营动作。

3.跨部门协同与资源整合

  • 联动市场营销团队,结合品牌Campaign(如明星合作、新品发布)策划站内站外联动玩法。
  • 对接供应链团队,确保库存周转效率与促销备货合理性,降低缺货与积压风险。
  • 与平台方保持紧密沟通,争取流量资源位、行业活动准入资格及平台扶持政策。

Skills:

  1. 本科及以上学历,电子商务相关专业优先。
  2. 1-3年电商平台(天猫/京东必选,微信小程序加分)运营经验,熟悉货架电商逻辑与平台规则。
  3. 具备数据敏感度,熟练使用Excel,能使用SQL与Python等工具为加分项,能独立完成数据建模与可视化报告。
  4. 电商商品运营经验,能独立负责选品、定价、库存规划或爆款生命周期管理。
  5. 深入了解货架电商效果广告(如直通车、引力魔方、万相台等,或类似工具),能够完整完成爆品孵化。
  6. 对奢侈品/潮流行业有热情,能快速理解品牌调性并转化为电商场景的落地策略。
  7. 结果导向,擅长在高压环境下推进多线程任务,具备平台大促项目管理经验。
  8. 优秀的学习与抗压能力,适应电商行业快速迭代节奏。
  9. 英语可作为工作语言(品牌总部协同需求)。
