Role Overview:
TAS is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a modern, AI-enhanced grants management and business application solution. This onsite role in Washington, DC will support a high-profile, enterprise-grade implementation leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record across Dynamics 365 CE modules—particularly Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights (Data & Journeys), and Project Operations—as well as experience with secure system integration, AI-powered automation, and enterprise compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions for managing stakeholder engagement, funding lifecycles, case management, and project tracking.
- Configure and optimize D365 Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Customer Insights – Data & Journeys.
- Build low-code self-service portals using Power Pages for external user interactions, document uploads, and real-time status updates.
- Develop automation and compliance workflows using Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot.
- Integrate D365 with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP and HR) using Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft, and Dataverse.
- Ensure system security, access control, and compliance via Microsoft Entra ID, Purview, and Sentinel.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, deliver technical documentation, and lead architecture reviews.
- Mentor development teams, promoting best practices and a configuration-first approach.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions as a Solutions Architect.
- Expertise in:
- D365 Sales
- D365 Customer Service
- Customer Insights – Data & Journeys
- Project Operations
- Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages
- Experience with enterprise integrations and Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, Logic Apps, Functions).
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, identity, and compliance solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- U.S. citizenship is not required. Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization (Green Card or H-1B).
- Must be available for full-time onsite work in Washington, DC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Developer Associate.
- Familiarity with document automation, approval workflows, and AI-powered insights.
- Experience integrating with large-scale ERP and HR systems (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft).
- Exposure to data governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise security models.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate (Contract): $80 – $90/hour
- Conversion Salary (Full-time hire): $140,000 – $160,000
