Job Overview

As a Microsoft Dynamics-Senior Functional Consultant you will participate in two different capacities:

As a Scrum/Agile Project Lead

You will invest 60% of your effort towards leading the implementation projects from all aspects includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment, you will provide leadership and direction to other members of the implementation team.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with key application stakeholders across marketing, sales, and service to document and prioritize business requirements for new and existing implementations of Dynamics 365
• The role will be the point of contact for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and provide ongoing direction for client engagements regarding the configuration, training, and support and its proper use
• Work closely with key client stakeholders to conduct business value assessment, blue process assessment (blueprinting) and business walkthroughs (UAT)
• Manage projects, gather requirements, and other data points to drive continuous analysis and improvement. Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
• Ensuring that Scrum/Agile best practices and technical software development process is followed on the project.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
• Analyze and select implementation options for business requirements.
• Communicate and document requirements and processes with clients and team members.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of the D365 F&O by documenting best practices, lessons learned and creating training materials.
• Ability to lead, prioritize, and support multiple requests and activities.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages, etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
  
  

As a Manufacturing/Production Subject Matter Expert to our Marketing

You will invest about 40% of your effort towards execution of Credexo's content marketing plan. In this capacity, you will drive topics that our content writers can create articles on. Your understanding of the concepts of the supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, production, production planning, inventory management, warehouse, and other topics will drive the creation of the content published on different marketing channels.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Support pre-sales pursuits and efforts.
• Enthusiastic team player with strong communication, organization and project management, and interaction and goal-setting skills.
• Knowledge of sales management, advanced sales, marketing, and/or customer service business processes.
• Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  
  

Certifications

• Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) or
• Certified in Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or
• Current certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ability to become certified
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.
  
  

Experience

• 3+ years of implementation experience in manufacturing with Microsoft Dynamics F&O/AX and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
