We are looking for a Commercial and Documentation Officer. The individual in this role is accountable for generating dependable and precise project cost projections across various developmental phases. They will contribute to the establishment and upkeep of a cost-related database, produce relevant activity schedules aligned with the estimated costs, and formulate, evaluate, and enhance construction strategies suitable for projects. Additionally, this position involves offering administrative assistance to ensure streamlined operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Facilitate in planning activities through all phases of the project. Review planning activities of EPC contractors through all phases of the project. Facilitate in collecting and analysis of data required for planning. Schedule, plans and oversees the entire program of work. Prepares the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scopes. Prepares work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project. Studies plans, specifications and other project documentation to contribute and determine how projects can be constructed in a timely manner. Contributes to the development and implementation of scheduling templates Reviews desk and field data to determine material and labor requirements, for improvement of current cost estimate tools Assists in determining appropriate logistics solutions in managing resources. Review records of field conditions including topography, accessibility, availability of materials and utility services, and difficulties which will affect the development & construction costs. Collects and documents data of construction methodologies. Review EPC contractor construction methods documents Works with the project delivery team in reviewing the Bill of Quantity of EPC contractors. Evaluate EPC contractor Billings Monitor & update all payment schedule Provide expert contribution in the completion of the Project Risk Management Plan Facilitate monthly coordination meetings Maintain inventory and requisitions of office supplies and equipment Ensure that accountabilities are put into place Monitor the utilization of project vehicles Ensure completion of the requirements to job orders and contracts of works to facilitate payment processing Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date Generate the various document control reports as required Provide the necessary information pertaining to ISO-related conformances Manages the general documents and references of the Project Team ensuring all references and documents are well taken cared off in compliance to company policies Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria: Bachelor's degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Preferably a Licensed Engineer Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in project execution of power or energy storage.
