Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the flow of documents into and out of the Fort Worth Business Center, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages
Shipping outgoing mail and packages; creating, storing, and distributing electronic files
Managing offsite record storage and retrieval.
Incoming and outgoing mail handling - accepting incoming mail, sorting and delivering to the proper recipients.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
Operate mailroom equipment including postage meters, letter openers, and fold and insert machines.
Document imaging - Prepare documents for scanning, operate document imaging equipment to scan documents and create electronic files, verify quality of digital images, index and store images according to organizational requirements.
Offsite record storage and retrieval - prepare, record, and ship records to offsite storage and process requests for retrieval of records from offsite storage.
