Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the flow of documents into and out of the Fort Worth Business Center, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages
  • Shipping outgoing mail and packages; creating, storing, and distributing electronic files
  • Managing offsite record storage and retrieval.
  • Incoming and outgoing mail handling - accepting incoming mail, sorting and delivering to the proper recipients.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
  • Operate mailroom equipment including postage meters, letter openers, and fold and insert machines.
  • Document imaging - Prepare documents for scanning, operate document imaging equipment to scan documents and create electronic files, verify quality of digital images, index and store images according to organizational requirements.
  • Offsite record storage and retrieval - prepare, record, and ship records to offsite storage and process requests for retrieval of records from offsite storage.
