This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Part-Time Document Control Specialist for our Las Vegas, NV office. Be involved in projects with our Construction Management Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges. Your Impact * Provide comprehensive management of construction administration projects. * Review and update project documentation. * Maintain logs of contract documents and project records. * Take and distribute meeting minutes. * Process contractor pay estimates. * Upload documents to the project's construction management document control site. * Review certified payroll and other documentation for compliance. * Assist with submittal reviews for compliance with contract documents. * Assist with review of material test reports for contract compliance. * Review material submittals for contract compliance. * Assist with responses to contractor submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs). * Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. * Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs. #LI-TD1 Who You Are Required Qualifications * High School Diploma * Minimum of 3 years of related experience * Analytical mindset with an ability to exercise sound judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to a technical and non-technical audience. * Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies * Valid state Driver's license Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in closely related discipline is preferred. * Experience with construction administration duties * Experiences with Autodesk Build * Experience with Labor Compliance and verification of Certified Payrolls
