  5. To be a successful candidate, technical aptitude is crucial. Any prior experience with programming, software development or Technology Consulting would be valuable, as would familiarity with the public cloud market.


Job Responsibilities


  1. Defining and delivering consulting & sales strategy in line with the business goals across India. You build it. You deliver it. You own it.
  2. Oversee and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and Cloud & Applied AI Solutions Consultants within Indonesia.
  3. Support the formation of a Go-to-market strategy for new, as well as existing products & Services.
  4. Partner with exec leadership at Google Cloud & AWS and drive joint co-consult strategy
  5. Identify industry-specific technical solutions & accelerate their adoption across businesses.
  6. Work closely with the CEO’s, CTO’s of Searce’s client base (including top start-ups, corporate & enterprises) and be their strategic advisor for all things ‘Cloud’ as we help them scale.
  7. Participate at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions, providing thought leadership & making meaningful connections with partners, clients, and vendors.
  8. Manage thought leadership and influence on driving broader organizational growth by contributing to strategic plans for Searce’s Global Growth.
  9. Continuously build, hire, train and grow the best Talent teams who are able to deliver beyond expectations


Qualification


  1. Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s degree and prefer an MBA in Sales & Marketing/ Strategy from a Tier-1 college.
  2. Or else, did you leverage sales & consulting strategies to help your friend’s business scale up while in High School? For us, the latter is better and we will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner. :)
  3. At least 15 years consulting/selling/closing deals in the professional services space across below areas will be preferred:
  4. Tech led Consulting, and Cloud & AI led business transformation, modern software engineering &
  5. Cloud & Data migration and modernization
  6. Public cloud-managed services
  7. Applied AI & Data Analytics-based services
  8. At least 7 years experience in direct sales handling quota of $20M+ annually
  9. Critical thinking, decisiveness and ability to work well in demanding & ambiguous client environments.
  10. Love for constantly doing better in everything.
  11. Ability to work in a young, fast-paced environment, constantly leading, guiding and motivating the sharpest minds in the Business
  12. Experience in start-up/scaling a growth stage organization would be valuable.

  • Continuously build, hire, train and grow the best Talent teams who are able to deliver beyond expectations

  • If it gets you too frustrated, reach out to the +1 manager, People Success Business Partner (PSBP), or People Success Head. Reach out to VP - Better Living (Bala).
  • If it still doesn’t get fixed, fix it yourself. Fix for others too (doesn’t matter if it doesn’t fall in your scope) - If it's broken & requires a fix, and you see it, you are never Not responsible for it.
  • Feel free to recommend solutions only after you have understood the problems and lived through it enough for you to have a clarity on the possible solutions. Feel free to recommend that x can be fixed by doing x1, x2 or x3 and you prefer x1. Wait. Meditate as you wait. :)
  • Most times people will fix it using the recommended approach x1. At times they will fix it using the not-so-recommended solution x2 or a completely new solution x4. Some will say: it’s not a problem at all and they will not fix it. Accept that response and live with it in a happier way.
  • The most important thing is to remain happier & make other people around you happier and build the necessary camaraderie for that to happen. Other things will happen as a by-product of the above.
