Ipsos Strategy3, a leading brand, marketing, and innovation consultancy, is seeking a driven, self-motivated Consulting Principal to join our Indonesia team of entrepreneurial thinkers who are looking to change the marketing landscape for our clients.


Our Consulting Principal play a key role in leading our client engagements, guiding your team on research, setting the vision for deliverables and presenting brand strategies to CPG and non-CPG clients. As a Consulting Principal you will get the unique opportunity to work on multiple projects at a time directly with clients; one day you could be naming a new car brand and the next, reimagining the candy bar of the future.

Qualification:

  • Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred
  • 8-10 years of professional experience: preferably in branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management, or market research
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, both vertically and laterally, and ability to bring clarity to team in ambiguous situations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, with a solid understanding of market research
  • Ease and confidence with “thinking on your feet” – can effortlessly lead a workshop with a group of senior executives
  • Proven ability to develop new offers and capabilities to grow the Strategy3 business
  • Strong business acumen/critical thinking, with demonstrated competency in specific focus areas
  • Strong track record of leading proposals and business development
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Enormous personal impact, executive presence, and ability to instill trust in top leadership
  • A confident presenter in English
