Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and organize all aspects of Rooms Division to the highest professional standards in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest experience and operational performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
• To find opportunities to increase revenue for all service and product offerings in the department and to create new opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to guest service and business.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
  
  

Requirements

• BACHELOR’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the Rooms Division of a sizable luxury hotel.
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
• Proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and operational performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin would be a definite asset.
