The role:

You will take ownership of software delivery programs, leading teams of up to 50 across multiple locations. Working from a well defined scope of what needs to be done, your job is to ensure a high quality of processes are followed. As issues arise, you line them up and knock them over.

As a brilliant communicator, you manage stakeholder expectations and lead a cross-geographic team of engineers to deliver our software on time and to budget.

Programs vary in duration, complexity and scale but on average, they last a quarter and team sizes range from 20-50.

You will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in a product management/software delivery management role(s)
• Good understanding of SaaS models
• Ability to quickly understand new platforms, assimilate into new teams and grasp the business fundamentals
• Experience of leading cross-geographic teams is desirable
• Experience of capital markets/trading is highly desirable
• Change management experience is also highly desirable. Those who can help customers to absorb the change will stand out.
