Our client, a holding that owns multiple e-commerce brands, is hiring a Director/Head of Performance Marketing!
About the role:
This full-time position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a critical role in scaling our business by managing performance marketing, optimizing customer acquisition, and driving retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Paid Media Buying: Oversee and manage all paid media efforts across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Ensure efficient allocation of budget across channels.
● Performance Optimization: Lead efforts to improve conversion rates across our website and landing pages. Implement A/B testing strategies, optimize offers, and drive improvements across top and bottom funnel metrics.
● Retention & LTV: Develop and execute retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce subscriber churn. This includes creating engaging post-purchase experiences and loyalty programs.
● Paid Media Content Strategy: Lead and manage the overall paid media content strategy, collaborating with internal production teams and external content agencies. Ensure creative assets align with performance goals and market trends.
Ideal Candidate:
● Proven experience in a similar leadership role at a fast-paced DTC or CPG company, managing a minimum of $1M+ in monthly direct-to-consumer sales.
● Expertise in paid media buying across Meta, TikTok, and Google, with a focus on scaling ad spending and maximizing ROAS.
● A deep understanding of performance marketing, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel management.
● Strong retention marketing experience, with a track record of increasing customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
● Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, including both internal creative and content teams as well as external agencies.
● Exceptional analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
