This is a board level role working at the heart of a multi-site global organisation, directly involved in board level discussions, strategic planning, and hands-on operational execution.

✅ Multi-national leadership across +400 employees and OpEx budgets of £250M–£300M

✅ Exposure to large-scale organisations (£1–3B revenue)

✅ Led factory startups and understands the reality of building success from the ground up

✅ Strong command of EHSS metrics (TRIR, LTIR), compliance, and environmental safety controls

✅ Automation and facilities know-how? Absolutely essential

✅ Deeply collaborative – you’ve partnered with sales and marketing in the field, not just from a desk

✅ Global customer service delivery – think 98%+ OTIF
