Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced HR Director for our operations in the Philippines, responsible for delivering exceptional HR programs across our business groups and subsidiaries. Reporting to the Regional HR Director – APAC, this role will lead a team based in Cebu and collaborate closely with global HR teams, including COEs and HRBPs.
As part of our dynamic HR team, you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in HR service delivery throughout the Philippines. You will design and implement efficient processes aligned with business objectives and ensure compliance with local employment laws and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Implementing automated tools and resources to enhance HR support for employees and managers.
Leading the local rollout of HR programs such as talent management, compensation, and workforce planning in coordination with HRBPs and COEs.
Advocating for HR initiatives and driving local HR improvement projects.
Engaging actively with employees and managers to gather feedback, collaborating with global teams to tailor programs to local needs.
Handling specific HR issues including legal compliance, employee relations, crisis management, and global mobility.
Overseeing talent acquisition efforts across business groups and supporting HR-related inquiries.
Ensuring successful implementation of company benefits and changes.
Coaching and supporting the employee welfare committee.
Collaborating closely with HR operations for efficient execution of HR processes.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Negotiating and managing service agreements with HR vendors.
Developing local managers and the Philippines HR team, providing career pathways within HR.
Requirements:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any other related degrees.
Have at least 15 years of HR-related experience.
Knowledge and experience in various HR functions.
Well-versed in the Philippines' employment laws and labor standards.
Knowledge and experience in navigating HR tools and Success Factors
Ability to grow and develop Philippines regional HR team members.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships, and become a trusted partner to relevant stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Track record of successfully juggling multiple projects and priorities.
