Engineering Director Requirements

• BS in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience
• Experience in a SCRUM environment
• Experience with development of instrument controls
  
  

Engineering Director Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and mentor engineering talent; responsible for performance evaluation and development planning
• Enhance software development thru advancing tooling, scalable architecture, and aligning team members
• Oversee vendor relationships and integration of OEM components to ensure quality and supply chain efficiency
• Identify risks and drive resolution of complex technical challenges to ensure successful project outcomes
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team across Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded, Test, and Web disciplines
• Lead software program delivery across global markets
