The Retail IT Hardware Specialist will focus on store support requests while using technical tools to document progress and manage the company’s assets. This position will also support our Retail IT System Engineers, and other internal partners, with hardware and supplies when needed. You bring your skills, talents and drive and we’ll give you a great place to work and a rewarding career. What You’ll do as the Retail IT Hardware Specialist:
Support Store and Vendor Hardware requests following ServiceNow ticket assignments
Accurately track Maverik Hardware Assets via the ServiceNow asset module
Monitor shipping/return queues to ensure timely response, or ticket updates when needed
Receive inbound deliveries from common carriers and LTL trucks
Properly sort returned hardware to QA, Refurb or Disposed locations
Use common warehouse tools such as forklift, hand carts, and pallet jacks daily
Control warehouse environment to achieve safety and production goals
Additional responsibilities as assigned
You’ll Be a Great Fit You Have:
A High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of 6 months experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and retail experience preferred
The ability to adapt to changing circumstances, tasks, responsibilities and people to achieve optimum results
An ability to anticipate customer needs & gives high priority to customer satisfaction & customer service
A record of looking beyond the obvious to identify the root cause & simplify complicated processes & find ways to improve work processes and select the best possible option
Proven familiarity with inventory management experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00/hour + DOE and Bonus Opportunities The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik/Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
