Infinity House AI designs and builds artificially intelligent warehouses. We are currently conducting a pilot program to assist third-party logistics (3PL) providers in optimizing their facility layouts, systems, and operational workflows to prepare for automation. Our long-term vision is to develop fully autonomous fulfillment centers that integrate advanced infrastructure, robotics, and artificial intelligence.

Role Description

Infinity House AI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Director of Logistics to lead the execution of internal warehouse optimization initiatives. This role will support our pilot program by improving operational efficiency across 3PL client sites and preparing them for automation readiness. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder and cross-functional partners to implement layout redesigns, optimize inventory flow, and ensure systems integration for scalable automation.

This is a remote position; travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management; candidates with 15–20+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred

• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency within 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment center environments.

Strong expertise in warehouse layout design, inventory slotting, inventory analysis, and workflow optimization.

• Experience evaluating performance of software

tech stacks (WMS, ERP, etc.) in high-volume operations.

• Proficiency in identifying and tracking key performance indicators (e.g., pick rate, inventory accuracy,

forecasting

• ).

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other structured process improvement methodologies (certification preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field (preferred)

• Master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, or an MBA (preferred)
