NoBroker is a full stack player in proptech space and offers end-to-end services catering each

and every real estate need of a customer. We recently attained Unicorn status by becoming the

first prop tech player in India to reach $1 billion valuation. We have an exciting opportunity for

BD head in our primary sales (residential) vertical. We are seeking a leader with

proven track record of excellence and developing sales and marketing function in a high growth

environment


Roles & Responsibilities:


The role summarily is a relationship/ networking based role with high focus on growing and scaling up a growth stage business. The candidate scope will encompass the following


As a Business Development Head will take complete ownership of forging new alliances with developers, deepening relationships, and revenue collection; the role spans across all active locations of NoBroker primary sales.

Identify, build and manage relevant and adequate supply of projects for sales teams to deliver as per the business plan, this involves on-boarding new developers and projects.

Managing the relevance and accuracy of project information on the website as well as back-end tools and systems.

Lead the post booking journey from booking verification, registrations, payment milestone, invoicing and buyer payments to build a strong revenue funnel.

Strategize and execute initiatives to improve efficiencies across all milestones right from market due diligence to revenue collection.

Drive consistent stakeholder communication and management and provide support addressing any challenges that business teams may face while working with the developer.

Work with data and analytics to identify and solve complex problems with a mission critical objective to scale up business and drive increasing revenues.



Desired Candidate & Skills :


Experience in the Real Estate industry

Prior team management experience

Proven track record of target driven B2B sales

Attention to detail and critical problem solving skills
