Summary

Role Description

The Director will oversee the planning and execution of all banquet and event services, coordinate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, manage food and beverage services, and handle budgeting and catering logistics. Additionally, the Director will lead the team to ensure high-quality customer service and successful event outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Food & Beverage and Event management
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
  • Experience in Events and Catering operations
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
