Responsibilities


  • Leading service delivery team for a portfolio of clients across Fund Administration Services
  • Collaborate with Senior Management and oversee efficient and compliant delivery of Fund Administration Services.
  • Assume board mandates; sit on client SPV and Management Company boards for both regulated and unregulated structures.
  • Support development and ensure implementation, monitoring of day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Draw on relationships with department and Team heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
  • Ensure adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
  • Work closely with Human Resources to support Fund Services Senior Management with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment including coordination of recruitment and training needs.
  • Ensure overall internal Control and Governance


Required profile and qualification.


  • Ten or more years in a senior leadership role in Alternative Investments Industry particularly in Fund Administration Services delivery
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success.
  • Superior knowledge of multiple Alternative Investment Funds services operational functions
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands.
  • Strong working knowledge of Luxembourg industry regulations and legal guidelines
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law or a related field
