Hitachi Cooling & Heating Solutions UK & IRE are driving business growth and seeking a Direct Account Manager to build long-term, trusted relationships with our customers. This will involve developing close connections with installing contractors, consultants, M&E companies, and end-user clients.
The role primarily focuses on driving sales of VRF, Chiller, and Heating systems into the HVAC market through direct sales with contractors and M&E companies. This is a regional position covering London and Southeast, requiring frequent travel within these areas to ensure effective coverage for the business.

How You Will Do It
Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships
Provide design and application advice to customers, promoting energy-efficient solutions
Work closely with customers to negotiate contracts/projects and close agreements to maximise profits
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and areas of improvement to meet sales targets
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
