Role Overview

Trumark Homes is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Strategy Manager to own and evolve our digital presence across all platforms. This leadership role is responsible for crafting and executing integrated digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive performance, and support business objectives—including customer engagement and revenue growth.

As a key player within the Corporate Marketing team, the Digital Strategy Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and product teams to optimize digital experiences, elevate the customer experience, and streamline execution across channels. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on management of digital initiatives and external partners, while freeing up bandwidth for corporate leadership to focus on long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Translate digital insights into actionable strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across channels.

Digital Experience Optimization

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Product teams to optimize digital customer touchpoints including website, email, app (LiveTru), and CRM.
  • Identify friction points in the digital journey and propose solutions grounded in data and user feedback.

Analytics, Testing & Optimization

  • Lead the development of A/B and multivariate testing programs to continuously refine digital experiences.
  • Leverage analytics platforms to monitor performance, uncover insights, and deliver monthly digital performance reports.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, tools, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Identify and recommend new platforms and innovations that can provide strategic advantage or customer delight.

Team & Agency Management

  • Manage external digital agencies and internal team members responsible for digital campaign execution and optimization.
  • Ensure alignment across creative, media, and agency partners to deliver high-impact digital experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 6–8 years in digital strategy or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Experience in real estate or homebuilding is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with digital platforms (CMS, CRM, marketing automation), digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DSPs), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, evaluate performance, and create actionable insights.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and execute strategy across complex digital ecosystems.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with executives, cross-functional peers, and third-party vendors.
