LDS Digital Solutions Architects are savvy, strategic technology consultants with experience imagining and designing industry-leading employee and worker experiences for our Fortune 500 clients who will:
Provide architectural insights as they work on some of our client’s most strategic, complex, and highly valued initiatives
Partner with client executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, plan, design, iterate and enable consumer-grade digital solutions that interoperate across myriad devices, channels, products, and platforms
Reason through and contextualize technology enablers, constraints and interoperability approaches in our clients’ enterprise ecosystems
Engage and influence clients and stakeholders on matters of technical approach and methodology

To be successful in this role, you should have:
10+ years of experience in product management or an IT or management consulting firm
Broad experience and knowledge of major HR and IT enterprise technologies & trends (from Legacy to emerging)
Working knowledge of public, private and hybrid cloud architecture and building cloud-native solutions in one or more of the following cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, ServiceNow)
Experience with systems integration (including delivering projects related to COTS, ERP, HCM, content management and other custom solutions) and deep expertise in software development methodologies
The ability to concisely synthesize and communicate complex topics in digestible narratives to non-technical leaders
An ability to provide best practice guidance on architectural approaches across enterprise ecosystems, as well as an ability to translate business objectives to architecture requirements
An ability to formulate and present strategic points of view on relevant industry trends and enterprise digital strategy
Proven consulting skills that include active-listening, tact, negotiation and an ability to influence through fact-based reasoning
Cultivated knowledge of evolving trends and advancements in enterprise technology, so as to be able to formulate architecture strategies and approaches
The ability to define holistic strategies that align technology enablers with business outcomes
A passion for exploring new and emerging technologies to envision how technology will shape the future of employee and worker experiences
An ability to develop strong, collaborative relationships with our clients’ leadership team and our studio leads
Extra credit goes to candidates who have:
Certifications in solution architecture from a recognized organization
A record of accomplishment of learning and implementing technologies from a broad spectrum, including a working familiarity with one or more technologies like cloud development, mobile development, AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.
Engagement leadership experience that includes leading a high-performance team, managing junior level consulting staff, providing regular status updates, monitoring project economics, as well as managing client relationships
Experience in similar consulting firms and demonstrated record of accomplishment in providing consulting services to organizations
