What You’ll Do

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Working closely with Program Directors and key stakeholders across Digital and Transformation programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure all program documentation, including program steering committee packs and reports, contracts, budgets, and financial reconciliations and any other program related records, is updated, managed and maintained accurately in compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and record management frameworks.
  • Support Digital programs by tracking and monitoring program deliverables and timeframes to ensure programs are on track and they meet the requirements of WaterNSW project delivery frameworks.
  • Ensure coordination and administrative support to Program Directors and support stakeholder engagement activities such as organise and manage program related meetings, preparation of agendas, minutes and actions.
  • Coordinate the gathering and review of programs including performance status and financial reports, educating, and advising project teams of the reporting schedule and requirements.


What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications in Administration, Business and/or Project Management
  • 5+ years’ experience in a program co-ordinator role across government and/or private sector programs, water management, or infrastructure projects
  • Good knowledge and experience in project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall and PMO governance and assurance processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively
