Public Sector People are partnering with local government organisation to recruit for a Grants Officer.

Contract: 2 month contract

Hourly Pay Rate: $50 – 55 p/h + Super

Responsibilities

• Support the progression of effective grants management through the provision of advice, support, expertise and skills to Council staff
• Responsible officer for designated cross-functional grants programs, such as the NSW Government’s Community Building Partnership grants and the Australian Government’s Stronger Communities Program
• Provide advice and expertise to staff on and grants matters including programs, applications, and acquittal procedures
  
  

Essential

• 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or previous experience in a grants administration position
• Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
