주요 업무

• AI 관객 측정 플랫폼에 대한 고객 니즈를 파악하고 사용자 중심의 매력적인 제품 디자인을 수행합니다.

• 개발팀, 세일즈팀, 마케팅팀과 협업하여 제품 전략을 수립하고 실행합니다.

• 초기 컨셉을 빠르게 프로토타이핑하여 반복 테스트하고 개선합니다.

• 다양한 피드백을 수용하여 사용성과 기능성이 최적화된 디자인으로 발전시킵니다.

• Understand client needs and create compelling, user-centric product designs.

• Collaborate closely with development, sales, and marketing teams to plan and execute product strategies.

• Create prototypes to test and refine product concepts before finalization.

• Adapt designs based on feedback to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.

자격 요건 및 우대 사항

• 제품 디자인, 산업 디자인 또는 관련 전공 학사학위 (optional)

• 3년 이상의 디지털 제품 디자인 경험

• 뛰어난 창의력, 디자인 감각, 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 이전 작업물을 보여줄 수 있는 포트폴리오

• Figma, Sketch 등 디자인 툴과 프론트엔드 개발 도구에 대한 이해

• 영어 또는 한국어 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 스타트업 근무 경험자 우대

• AI 도구를 활용한 빠른 MVP 제작이 가능한 분 우대

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. (optional)

• At least 3 years of experience in product design engineer or a related area.

• Strong creative, design, and communication skills.

• A portfolio showcasing your previous work.

• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and front-end development tools.

• Proficiency in English / Korean communication is preferred

• Prior experience in a startup environment will be regarded as an advantage.

• Experience with rapid MVP prototyping using AI-powered tools is a strong plus.
