Stay updated on the latest trends in branding and digital marketing in Korea to keep the brand competitive.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and ways to differentiate the brand.
Design & Creation of Visuals
Create content and visuals for local Korea social media, website, app, banners, etc.
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
Project Management & Campaign Execution
Assist in developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Kakao, Naver, Tiktok and more.
Support the management of digital campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and reach new audiences while maintaining cost-efficiency.
Use analytics tools to interpret data, gain insights, and adjust strategies in real-time to improve results.
Requirements:
Able to join by the end of February or early March 2025 (ASAP)
Based in Korea (flexible depending on circumstances).
A portfolio showcasing social content or visual assets is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Design, or a related field (Design major preferred, but not mandatory).
Creative mindset with the ability to produce content and visuals quickly, including reels and videos.
Good understanding of current fashion trends and preferences among consumers in Korea.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
No hardship in using both English and Korean (written and spoken).
Intermediate to advanced copywriting experience.
Prior experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
What You'll Do:
Keep social media content relevant and up-to-date, ensuring it aligns with global and local brand/product information.
Design and produce fast-paced, creative content for social media, websites, and apps.
Help optimize brand websites and apps to improve user engagement and experience.
Contribute to the planning and execution of events to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
Collaborate with external partners (creative agencies, event organizers) and internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects.
