• Execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns to completion.
• Use a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI.
• Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, and analysis.
• Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
• Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
• Partner with the Paid Social US team
• Work with project management tools(i.e., Asana) to ensure deadlines are met.
• Help design, implement, and analyze experiments across paid social channels

You have

• Track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
• Experience running large growth campaigns on paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Strong communication and presentation skills with an eye for creative performance.
• Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
• A curiosity to not just know what is happening but to understand why it is happening.
• Obsessed with growth and building things while not being afraid to get my hands dirty

At a minimum, you have...

• A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
• 1-3 years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.
• Must be proficient in Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)
