Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media marketing efforts, generating leads, and analyzing web analytics data. The role also includes overseeing and developing strategies to enhance online presence and grow brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify,Meta Ads and CRM systems).
• Experience with social media management and advertising, particularly on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics and KPIs to drive marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns
• 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing
• Familiarity with email marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus
• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current industry trends and consumer behavior.
