We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-driven Marketing Manager to take our brand and digital presence to the next level.
Role OverviewAs the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for aligning our brand, optimising digital assets, and launching and managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive client engagement, strengthen brand trust, and support business growth. You will work closely with leadership and external partners to ensure consistency, professionalism, and impact across all marketing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities1.
Brand & Content Strategy- Audit and unify branding across platforms (logos, messaging, visuals).
- Develop brand guidelines to maintain consistency in tone and identity.
- Update messaging to reflect company values: Empowering Talent, Driving Success, Delivering Excellence.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation- Develop a 3-month content calendar focused on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Write and design job post templates, client updates, and service-line-specific content.
- Manage blog strategy and standardise engagement elements (e.g., author, date).
- Collaborate with content designers for graphics and videos as needed.

Website Optimisation- Coordinate with developers for SEO-optimised website structure and design.
- Update content for team/partner pages and improve navigation and CTAs.
- Ensure seamless LinkedIn integration for job listings and updates.
4.
Social Media Management- Post regular content on LinkedIn and other platforms (5 times/week).
- Respond to interactions and build a professional community.
- Track engagement and provide performance reports with insights.

Project Management- Ensure timelines are met across phases: Brand Audit, Website Optimisation, Integrated Campaigns.
- Collect and implement feedback within designated timeframes.
- Coordinate with vendors or freelancers as required.
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing.
- Proven experience in brand strategy, content creation, and social media management.
- Understanding of recruitment or professional services markets is a strong advantage.
- Strong writing skills and ability to create both strategic and engaging content.
- Familiarity with SEO, website CMS (e.g., WordPress), LinkedIn marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to manage external vendors and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
Must Have- Graphic design or Canva skills
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of the Gulf market (UAE/KSA) or cross-border B2B marketing
CompensationCommensurate with experience and skill set (INR8-12lacs per annum). This is a full-time role with performance-linked bonuses.
