Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Gurugram. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the Knowledge Center and its services. Key responsibilities include managing social media channels, generating leads, analyzing web traffic, and executing digital marketing strategies. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Operate as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understand their content marketing requirements, and ensure their expectations and feedback are addressed.
2. Design and execute effective marketing campaigns, from ideation to post-campaign analysis. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and KPIs.
3. Use marketing tools like Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, or similar platforms for social media management, email marketing, and audience engagement.
4. Integrate online and offline marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent brand message across platforms, including social media, events, print, and digital ads.
5. Lead some of our upcoming in-house projects (new web properties, platforms, and more).
6. Identify new sales and business development opportunities by identifying, implementing and executing new sales strategies.
7. Lead and manage our team of content creators to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
