Position: Digital Marketing Lead Intern

Compensation: 3k-5k per month( Subjected to increase)
Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
Profile Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Lead Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to take the lead on innovative digital marketing campaigns, drive growth, and shape the online presence of our brand. This is a hands-on internship where you will gain practical experience working across multiple digital platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and business directories like Justdial, alongside a team of experienced professionals. You’ll play a key role in developing strategies, creating content, optimizing campaigns,
and contributing fresh ideas that foster innovation. This paid internship is designed to give you comprehensive exposure to the digital marketing landscape and help build your portfolio for future career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Digital Marketing Campaigns: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple
platforms, including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and business directories like Justdial. Your campaigns will aim to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions for the company.
• Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-driven, innovative strategies. These strategies will target specific business objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table and
implement them effectively.
• Content Creation & Optimization: You will be involved in creating engaging content for blogs, social media posts, Google Ads, email newsletters, and Justdial business listings. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to our platforms.
• SEO & SEM Implementation: Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic visibility across Google, Justdial, and other search platforms. Manage paid search (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
• Monitor & Analyze Campaigns: Use analytics tools to track and assess the performance of all campaigns. Analyze key metrics, such as engagement,clickthrough rates (CTR), return on investment (ROI), and conversion rates, to refine and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
• Utilize Justdial and Other Business Platforms: Actively manage our presence on platforms like Justdial, ensuring that our business listings are optimized for
local search, and interact with customer reviews and queries. Use Justdial’s advertising tools to boost local visibility.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and customer service teams to ensure all marketing materials are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with company goals.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports based on campaign performance across different channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the senior team to help refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
• Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and
content marketing. Experience with local business listings, particularly platforms like Justdial, is a plus.
• Creativity & Innovation: We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, innovate, and bring new ideas to the table to make digital marketing
campaigns stand out.
• Familiarity with Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms
(such as Mailchimp). Familiarity with Justdial’s business listing and advertising features is advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, draw insights from analytics, and apply these insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for content creation, reporting, and interaction with cross-functional teams.
• Self-Motivated & Independent: The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in content creation, campaign execution, and reporting.
