Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Manager specializing in IT Managed Services to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Chennai, or Cochin. This full-time position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will drive growth, manage client relationships, and expand our market presence within the IT infrastructure domain.

  • Proven experience in utilizing cloud computing platforms to enhance business operations and services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the ITIL framework to streamline IT service management and improve efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage sales processes and client relationships.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand EIL Global's presence in the IT managed services sector.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and client referrals.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand growth prospects and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align business development strategies with customer needs and technological advancements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, seeking favorable terms and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company's offerings competitive and innovative.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the senior management team.
