Summary

The Communications & Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing internal and external communication initiatives to enhance the company’s brand presence and engagement. This role involves social media management, website and intranet updates, internal communications, and campaign coordination. The position also plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency, supporting company-wide initiatives, and driving digital content strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Social Media & Digital Content Management

  • Monitor social media trends and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Develop and publish social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (12 posts per month)
  • Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to foster community engagement and address inquiries promptly.
  • Manage and update the company website with new projects, blogs, and other relevant content.
  • Create content for internal and external newsletters and campaigns via HubSpot.


Internal Communications & Engagement:

  • Maintain and update the SharePoint intranet, including innovation highlights, events calendar, and image galleries.
  • Prepare and distribute the internal team newsletter (‘Kevin’s Corner’), ensuring content is collated, drafted, and finalised.
  • Coordinate and update the ‘Employee of the Month’ slide with the relevant image for the General Manager.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly ‘All Staff’ meeting presentations and send reminders to the team.
  • Track and report on key SEO metrics, website statistics, and social media engagement figures.
  • Create/maintain our Cap Statements (In-Design), ensuring up-to-date project information across all sectors and business units.


Event & Campaign Support:

  • Create PowerPoint presentations, video content, and graphics for quarterly Town Halls.
  • Support the execution of external client campaigns and newsletters through HubSpot.
  • Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support company-wide initiatives
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, both virtual and in-person, ensuring all digital content and marketing materials are prepared.


Administration & Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure all digital content adheres to the company's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and organised publication of content across all channels.
  • Manage and refresh team email signatures, including updates for end-of-year messages.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Ensure B1G1 cart data is accurately collated and updated from HubSpot.
  • Creation of graphics in line with branding guidelines.


SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Consistent and high-quality social media and digital content output.
  • Effective internal communication, ensuring engagement across teams.
  • Timely execution of reports, newsletters, and company-wide updates.
  • Strong brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Enhanced visibility and engagement through optimised digital strategies.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or internal communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Suite (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator preferred).
  • Experience with HubSpot, SharePoint, and website CMS (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in digital content creation and brand management for a corporate entity
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in social media strategy and engagement analytics.
  • Reliable IT setup and a well-quipped home workspace.
