Summary

As a Digital Content Creator at OneMile, you will be at the forefront of our content, branding, and marketing efforts. With a focus on end-to-end in-house content creation (video and static) + managing external agencies, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our visibility and engagement across various platforms.


With at least 4+ years of experience in D2C content creation and marketing, you will start in an individual capacity and will eventually build & lead a dynamic team (in-house and agency) to execute innovative campaigns and establish OneMile as a prominent player in the market.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Campaign Management:

  • You will be responsible (ideation + execution) for all the content that we will put out on our social media handles, performance marketing, website, marketplaces etc.
  • You will collaborate with external agencies / freelancers specializing in apparel shoots, social media, digital marketing, public relations etc., to develop and execute campaigns that push both the brand as well as the sales agenda
  • Define clear objectives, provide direction, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work from in-house resources and agency partners


Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across online channels
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)


Brand Marketing Initiatives:

  • Lead brand marketing initiatives to enhance OneMile's positioning and perception in the market, aligning with the brand's ethos and values
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, pop ups/exhibitions, PR and sponsorships to amplify brand visibility and reach


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging analytics tools and dashboards to track progress against goals
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to senior management


Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A solid portfolio of work that you have done (videos, creatives etc.)
  • Proficiency in any top of the line video editing and design software
  • Technical know-how of the equipment you will use to shoot content
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation. Apparel/Lifestyle/product niche is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of successfully managing shoots/marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Some experience in using AI to push creative boundaries and streamline processes
  • A creative yet data driven mindset
