As a Digital Content Coordinator Intern at our company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of our digital presence and marketing efforts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in graphic design, social media management, Google updates, and computer system tasks. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, update Google listings, and assist with various computer system tasks to enhance our online presence and drive engagement. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, images, and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, email newsletters, and website updates. Design and develop assets such as banners, infographics, logos, and promotional materials that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that resonate with our target audience. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and maintaining our social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Curate and schedule engaging posts, captions, and visual content to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and follower growth. Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries or comments in a professional and timely manner. Google Updates: Assist in updating and optimizing our Google My Business listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all information. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings on Google, addressing feedback and inquiries appropriately to maintain a positive online reputation. Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to optimize our online visibility and search engine ranking.
