Permanent – Full-time

Schedule

Monday to Friday – 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Colombia time)


Required Languages

English: Advanced (80–95%)


Requirements

Must-have experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in DevOps or technical support roles.
  • Linux system administration and performance tuning.
  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar, AWX or Ansible.
  • Monitoring tools: Prometheus or Datadog.
  • Container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Infrastructure automation: Terraform, Ansible.
  • Experience in cloud environments (e.g., Azure).
  • Scripting and automation for deployments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Production environment support experience.

Nice-to-have experience

  • Cloud-native automation workflows.
  • Customer-facing technical support.
  • Network troubleshooting and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and resolve application or system issues.
  • Automate provisioning and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Participate in cloud migration and infrastructure optimization initiatives
