About the Role
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer with strong Azure expertise to support our ongoing service-based technology operations. You’ll help build and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure for international clients, focusing on automation, deployment, and system reliability.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and enjoys collaborating across remote teams. Excellent English communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are essential. Join us to make a lasting impact on the systems that power long-term, high-value client services.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure to support ongoing client service operations.
- Automate deployment pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability; respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to integrate DevOps practices and streamline delivery workflows.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance are embedded into infrastructure as code and deployment workflows.
- Optimize cost and performance of Azure services through monitoring, right-sizing, and automation.
- Provide input on architecture decisions, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Document systems and processes clearly, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to incident response processes when required.
