About the Role: ServiceNow DevOps Web Administrators are primarily responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Network Operations Center (NOC) ServiceNow instance. As a secondary duty, ServiceNow DevOps Web Administrators are responsible for the maintenance of the NOC website. The ideal candidate will work closely with the rest of the DevOps team, NOC leadership, Vendors, and customers. The key skills required for this position are ServiceNow administration and development, secure web programming, UX/UI design, and database administration. These engineers work closely with the other DevOps engineers and occasionally do work to assist these other engineers in tasks traditionally not associated with ServiceNow administration.
Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and maintains all aspects of the NOC ServiceNow instance.
Leads the change management of the ServiceNow instance.
Assists in defining the future direction of the NOC ticketing systems
Uses common developer languages such as HTML, C#, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, and Python to build and sustain NOC web applications
Ensures that NOC Web applications are secure
Tests and documents software for web sites
Works with designers and developers of the AviatCloud web services in order to deliver NOC web applications that match the rest of the AviatCloud environment and are delivered through the AviatCloud website
Writes, modifies, and debugs software for web sites
Writes code to generate web pages, access databases, and business logic servers
Supports the DevOps manager in making changes within the DevOps team in order to improve traceability and predictability of the DevOps team’s work.

Qualifications & Competencies
Associate degree in Computer Science, equivalent training, or experience
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Minimum 2 years' experience working with HTML and CSS
Minimum 1 year of experience working with databases such as MongoDB and SQL
Proficient in JSON, Python, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
ITIL v4 Foundation level certified
Experience with Visual Studio and open-source software development
Strong grasp of security principles as they apply to application development
Machine learning and automation experience preferred
Self-starter with strong self-management skills
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
