We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure DevOps Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, leading teams in the implementation, automation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native solutions.

Position: DevOps Infrastructure Lead (L3)

Location: Delhi / NCR

Key Objectives And Major Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Design Azure infra services using Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Architect, automate, and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, preferably with tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the development

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to deployment, configuration, and performance in DevOps and Infra systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps, cloud technologies, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards in all DevOps processes and infrastructure related configurations and projects.
  
  

Key Capabilities And Competencies

• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Platform As A Service (PaaS) products such as Azure SQL, AppServices, Logic Apps, Functions and other Serverless services.
• Experience and understanding of large-scale application portfolios in enterprise-wide environments including migration of on-premises workloads to the cloud.
• Experience in design and development of Containers (Docker) solution and Azure Kubernetes, Microservice architecture.
• Knowledge and experience on PowerShell, JSON, XML, or similar scripting language.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure IAAS/ PaaS products such as Azure SQL, VMs, App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, Redis Cache and other Serverless technologies.
• Strong hands-on on services like Application Gateways/Load Balancer/Firewall/Vnet Subnets/ Routing.
• Experience and understanding of large-scale application including migration of on premises workloads to the cloud.
• Knowledge and experience on PowerShell, JSON, XML or similar scripting language.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/, Continuous integration and deployment, Release Management.
• Good working knowledge of Azure Active AD, Windows /Linux operating systems customization, fault finding and debugging.
• Good Communication and written skills are mandatory.
  
  

Qualification And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree, BE / BTech or Equivalent – Pref Computers or IT as main subjects.
• Mandatory Certifications (Any two): AZ-204 / AZ-104 / AZ-400 / AZ-305
• Experience 8-12 Years in similar environment, managing similar kind of projects.
