We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer/Systems Engineer to join the team at a FinTech private equity firm in the heart of Amstedam. You'll play a crucial role in delivering and supporting business-critical fintech services, working alongside dedicated professionals to automate, deploy, maintain, and improve IT solutions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure productive operation of fintech and infrastructure-related applications.
• Provide technical 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Plan and execute code deployments and rollouts.
• Set up and troubleshoot financial market data exports.
• Implement systems automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Respond rapidly to technical issues and incidents.
• Maintain the patch management lifecycle.
• Deploy Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Deploy container-based software.
• Implement DBA operations.
• Participate in on-call duty about every 6 weeks.

🔧 Required Skills:

• Advanced Linux administration skills.
• Pre-intermediate scripting language skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Intermediate knowledge of IaC tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
• Version control skills (GIT).
• Experience in containerization (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.).
• Understanding of the OSI model and general networking data flow.
• Business fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong analytical thinking and high self-organization skills.

• Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana administration and implementation.
• Kibana experience.
• Basic database administration skills (MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL).
• Basic VMWARE management skills.
• Experience in Fintech.
