Contract - 12 months extendable

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, building strong relationships and proactively addressing concerns.
• Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and implement analytics service requirements.
• Develop and implement service delivery plans, coordinating resources to meet project timelines.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of analytics solutions.
• Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and support of analytics applications to ensure stability, availability, and performance.
• Monitor and generate reports on service delivery metrics, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation related to service processes, operational procedures, and client-specific requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to analytics service delivery, taking proactive measures to prevent disruptions.

Technical Skills & Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in Elastic, AWS (Basic), Linux, Grafana, Terraform, Ansible, Python.
• Strong integration & performance optimization skills.
• Proficiency in ITIL/ITSM frameworks and best practices.
• Solid understanding of disaster recovery, backup, and security for SaaS and non-SaaS environments.
• Experience with analytics applications, data management, and cloud-based infrastructures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in service delivery, analytics operations, or IT project management.
• ITIL, PMP, or Agile certification is a plus.
