DevOps Engineer - Up to €120,000

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong Kubernetes experience and a background in consulting to join a dynamic and growing team working across multiple client environments. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure solutions while advising clients on DevOps best practices.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, project-driven environment and is comfortable working in both Dutch and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, or similar
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment strategies and system reliability
• Act as a consultant to clients, advising on cloud architecture, DevOps strategies, and tooling
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in complex environments
• Conduct technical workshops and support change management processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE or vanilla K8s)
• Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.)
• Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment is highly desirable
• Proficient in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance
• Cloud certifications are a plus (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English – both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
