Job Description

Manage AWS and GCP infrastructure at the organisational level. Liaise with development on upcoming features and the associated infrastructure requirements. Assist developers in implementing deployment, observability and alerting for their applications. Mentor and educate IT and development on Dev-Ops tools and processes. Constantly review existing and proposed developments with a view to continuous improvement of the whole cloud estate to the benefit of the services running on it. Report on AWS/GCP costs and utilisation to management. Document tools and procedures related to the cloud infrastructure and automation. Assist in developing KPIs for services and designing the means to monitor and measure/alert against those KPIs alongside development and product teams.
