You’ll lead a growing crew of developers working primarily on Shopify and WordPress builds, with future opportunities to dive into NodeJS and ReactJS projects depending on your strengths and our roadmap. 💼 What You’ll Own:

• Break down client needs into scalable web requirements
• Drive timelines, task flows, and resourcing via ClickUp, Teamwork, and Slack
• Lead internal/client syncs to finalize features, functionality, and design
• Track deliverables and make sure the team stays on point
• Bring in fresh tech ideas, streamline workflows, and elevate output
• Mentor junior devs with the same passion you give your codebase

🧠 Your Toolkit:

• Degree in IT/CS (or the kind of portfolio that shuts down any doubt)
• 3+ years leading and truly mentoring dev teams
• Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce experience is essential
• Solid communicator, both technically and interpersonally
• Bonus if you’re confident in NodeJS/ReactJS
• You bring structure, strategy, and a little swagger
