Responsibilities

• Identify and secure suitable locations for solar project development, including conducting origination activities. 太陽光発電プロジェクト開発に適した場所を特定して確保し、オリジネーション活動を実施します。
• Perform site feasibility assessments, covering resource evaluation, environmental impact studies, and grid connection analysis. リソース評価、環境影響調査、グリッド接続分析を含むサイトの実現可能性評価を実行します。
• Develop comprehensive project proposals, including detailed development plans and timelines. 詳細な開発計画とタイムラインを含む包括的なプロジェクト提案を作成します。
• Negotiate terms with landowners. 土地所有者と条件を交渉します。
• Present the project to neighbouring communities and associations, ensuring their understanding and securing consent for construction. 近隣のコミュニティや団体にプロジェクトを提示し、理解を得て建設の同意を得ます。

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1) and business-level proficiency in English. 日本語が堪能であること (JLPT N1)、英語がビジネス レベルの能力であること。
• 3–5 years of experience in project development, preferably in renewable energy, with a focus on solar projects. 太陽光発電プロジェクトに重点を置いた再生可能エネルギーのプロジェクト開発経験が 3～5 年あること。
• Knowledge of permitting procedures, environmental evaluations, grid interconnection, and METI regulations. 許可手続き、環境評価、グリッド相互接続、METI 規制に関する知識があること。
