Key Responsibilities

• Define functional specifications and manage WBS, budget, and schedules
• Coordinate with business, development, and QA teams across functions
• Provide regular progress updates and stakeholder reporting
• Review deliverables and ensure compliance with software quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or tech team lead in system development
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale software projects
• Skilled in budgeting, project documentation, and resource planning

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented and proactive with strong delivery commitment
• Effective communication and leadership in agile environments
• Open to feedback and responsive to change

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Business level
• English: Basic level or above
