What You'll Do: * Coordinate activities and initiatives that support our fundraising efforts. * Manage communications with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective outreach. * Assist with organizing and executing fundraising events that directly impact our mission. * Play a key role in supporting our current fundraising campaign as we work to make a lasting difference. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, liberal arts, journalism, business or related field and 2 years of experience OR 6 years of experience in Development, communications, business, special event management, volunteer management, corporate community relations or related field. * Experience with development and/or fundraising in a health care, education or community non-profit setting preferred. * Experience working with volunteers and volunteer boards. * Ability to develop and manage an overall program budget and an events budget. * Willingness to work evenings/weekends when needed.
