Position Description
The Desktop Support Engineer provides day-to-day support to the organization and end-user systems, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and software applications. This position interfaces primarily with employees across various departments and external clients. Typical tasks include troubleshooting laptop and desktop equipment, performing software and hardware fixes, installing and managing internal and third-party applications, providing remote support, conducting vulnerability patching of workstations and applications, and delivering cybersecurity awareness training.
