Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Reno, Nevada. The role involves comprehensive support services within the IT industry, ensuring efficient operation of computer hardware, Citrix technologies, and Cisco technologies.

Responsibilities:

Provide support and troubleshooting for Android Development issues

Manage and maintain Dell Technologies

Utilize Cisco Technologies for network maintenance and issue resolution

Implement and troubleshoot Citrix Technologies

Maintain computer hardware to ensure operational effectiveness

Utilize Active Directory for managing user accounts and access

Provide support for Apple Devices within the organization

Implement and maintain Backup Technologies for data security

Carry out Configuration Management tasks in accordance to the company's standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role

Proven expertise in Android Development

Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

Strong knowledge of Citrix Technologies

Experience with Computer Hardware

Familiarity with Dell Technologies

Proficiency in Active Directory

Experience with Apple Devices

Knowledge of Backup Technologies

Proficiency in Configuration Management
